In relation to available and known product data from the manufacturer, we present our products with textual descriptions as well as photographs.

The main characteristics of the products: the products are shown descriptively and with photos, in accordance with the available data in the databases of sellers, suppliers or manufacturers. The product photos are only illustrative and may not always fully correspond to the products that are the subject of the order. The seller emphasizes that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo may differ from the actual appearance of the product, especially due to the monitor settings on the customer's computer and differences in the perception of colors on the screen, etc.

In the event of a discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, it is not considered a product defect.

Product data (description, price, etc.) displayed on the website www.llskin.me may contain errors, irregularities in the operation of the application, technical errors, typographical errors, and the like. In case of obvious errors or malfunctions in the display of product data on www.llskin.me, the seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

An order may only include products that are indicated as available. Since orders can be received simultaneously through the Web Shop and/or retail stores, it is possible that the information about the availability of the product is not always equal to the current state in the warehouse.

If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, the seller will inform the customer of the following:
• the product is currently unavailable
• estimated time when the product will be available
• if necessary, agree on a new delivery date and offer the possibility of purchasing an alternative product that is available for delivery and that is closest in its characteristics to the unavailable product.

In case of complete impossibility of delivery of the ordered and paid for product, the Seller will refund the entire amount of funds paid.

Prices

Product prices are expressed in euros. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and are paid additionally, unless otherwise indicated.

The product is ordered electronically, by clicking on a certain item and sending it to the basket. The device / product is considered ordered at the moment when the customer selects and confirms the payment method.

When concluding an order for customers from Montenegro, the following information will be clearly displayed:
• Price of ordered products
• Delivery price (if charged)
• Amount of VAT
• Total price, so that the buyer has clear information about the total amount of the purchase.

When concluding an order for customers from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following information will be clearly displayed:

The price of the ordered products (export, which is reduced by a certain percentage, because the customer is obliged to pay VAT and/or taxes in the country where the product is delivered upon receipt of the shipment)

The costs of payment and/or interbank transactions are not included in the price and the burden of their payment falls on the payer when paying through e-banking and general payment slips.

NOTE: The seller is obliged to verify each card transaction (debit and credit cards) within one to three working days.

The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice just as he is authorized without prior notice to change prices exclusively for the Web Shop. Also, the Seller is authorized, without prior notification, at any time to determine a discount, promotions, promotions for an individual device / product, a group of products and/or for all devices / products or some other type of sales benefit. The mentioned benefits can be exclusively for the Web Shop, which will be indicated to the customer before the actual purchase.

Regardless of the previous point of these Terms, all ordered products will be delivered at the prices that were valid when the order was made.

Payment methods through the Web Shop

Burmese payment: You can make a payment by Burmese transfer using the account information you will receive when confirming your order.

Internet Banking: You can make a payment via Internet Banking using your bank account and our account details.

One-time cards: We accept the following cards for one-time payment:

o MasterCard cards
o Visa cards
o American Express cards

If you decide to pay by debit/credit card, after making the purchase you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been accepted.

If you do not receive a confirmation contract notification after completing the ordering process, please check the following:

Check if the e-mail message ended up in your Junk/Spam folder
Check if your mailbox is full.

Delivery

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. Delivery may be free for sale items with free delivery, unless otherwise specified by the valid Decision on discounts.

If delivery cannot be made to the customer's specified address, the customer bears the costs of re-delivery to the same or a different address when reshipping.
After the payment becomes visible on the Seller's account, the delivery of the ordered products will begin. The invoice for the order will be delivered together with the goods.

The delivery of the ordered products is carried out throughout the territory of Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Delivery will be made within 5 to 10 working days from the moment the payment becomes visible on the Seller's account.

In the event that the product is no longer available and delivery is not possible, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer. The customer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund, choose another product or agree to a later delivery date.

The seller will endeavor to deliver all ordered products in one package. However, if this is not possible due to stock availability, the Seller reserves the right to deliver in multiple shipments. Delivery is carried out according to the conditions of the delivery service and is considered completed at the moment of handing over the last product to the delivery service.

In the event that the product is returned to the Seller because the delivery service failed to deliver, the Buyer will be notified by email and will be offered the following options:
• Redelivering the ordered product to the Customer's or recipient's address, at the Customer's request via email.
If the Buyer does not respond to the email sent and does not choose one of the offered options within 3 days, the selected product will be delivered by delivery service to the Buyer's address. When the Seller delivers the product to the Buyer through the delivery service, the Buyer is obliged to collect the product by signing the delivery note to confirm that the product has been properly delivered.
In the event that the Buyer orders the goods, but refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to deduct the amount of delivery costs and other manipulative delivery costs from the paid amount of the purchase price.

Delivery terms do not include:
• Date of receipt of the order/request.
• Delay time due to an incorrect or incomplete address of the Customer.
• Time of delay due to force majeure or other reasons for which the Seller is not responsible.
• Non-working days that represent the beginning or end of the term.

Purchase cancellation, product return

Only the Buyer who made a purchase at a distance according to the above conditions has the right, without giving reasons, to return the purchased product within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product by the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier.

If the Buyer has ordered several pieces of products that should be delivered separately or it is about products that are delivered in several pieces or shipments, the deadline for unilateral cancellation of the purchase and return of the product starts from the day when the last piece or shipment of goods is handed over to the owner.

If the regular delivery of the product over a certain period has been agreed, the deadline for returning the product starts from the day when the first piece or the first shipment of goods is handed over to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer, who is not the carrier/deliverer.

The buyer is obliged to inform the seller of his decision to return the goods before the deadline for return via email. The request for the return of goods can be sent to the email address: hello@llskin.me

The seller will without delay deliver to the buyer a confirmation of receipt of the notification about the request for the return of the product, via email.
In case of unilateral cancellation of the purchase and return of the product, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of notifying the Seller of the decision to cancel the purchase.

The customer can return the goods only if they have not been used, if they are undamaged, in the original packaging (including protective nylon) and have the accompanying documentation that was delivered together with them (receipt, warranty, user manual).

The customer returns the goods in a demonstrable manner to the address of Franceska doo., ul. Niksicka 16, 85320 Tivat, with the indication UNILATERAL PURCHASE CANCELLATION.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

The seller will refund the money in the same way as the payment was made. The Seller can refund the money only after the product has been returned or after the Buyer provides proof that the product has been sent back, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's notification to cancel the purchase.

It is considered that the Buyer has fulfilled his obligation on time, if he delivers the product directly to the Seller before the expiration of the aforementioned deadline.

The Buyer is obliged to pay the Seller part of the price in proportion to the reduced value of the product, if he unilaterally cancels the purchase, the execution of which has begun in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition in which he received it.

If the product is returned defective, with major damage or without parts and documentation, and if the same is not delivered within a subsequent period of 8 days, it is considered that the Buyer has not fulfilled his obligation to return the product, and the Seller is not obliged to return the paid funds.

The customer does not have the right to unilaterally cancel the purchase if:
• The purchase service has been fully performed by the Seller, and the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the Buyer and his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilateral cancellation of the purchase;
• subject of purchase sealed products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, if they were unsealed after delivery;

Liability for material defects / complaint

The seller is responsible for the material defects of the products he sells on his website, in accordance with positive regulations in Montenegro.

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged by normal handling during transport/delivery. In the event that the shipment is damaged during transport, such damages are visible when the shipment is picked up, and in that case it is suggested that the Buyer does not pick up the shipment.

It is necessary for the Buyer to contact the Seller so that the Seller can check the status of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.

When receiving the shipment, checking the correctness of the order depends on the Buyer, and the Buyer is obliged to compare the received products with the invoice. If something is missing, the Buyer is obliged to send a written complaint/complaint immediately, as subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

In the event of a visible lack of product when taking over the shipment, the Buyer is not obliged to take over the delivered product, may refuse acceptance, and does not bear the costs of delivery of such product.

It is considered that the products that were duly received by the Customer had no visible defect. The customer can send a written objection or complaint to the e-mail hello@llskin.me or in writing to the address: Franceska doo Tivat, Niksicka 16, 85320 Tivat, with the indication Complaint.

In order to determine as quickly as possible the specific order to which the Buyer has an objection, in the objection, Buyers are asked to state the order number, account number or their username.

The customer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the product in the following cases:
• delivery of products that were not ordered
• delivery of expired products
• delivery of products that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport

If the product has a hidden defect (a defect that could not be detected by a normal inspection when receiving the shipment) that the Buyer finds after opening the product, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and refund money, replace the product, remove the defect or reduce the price.

The seller will consider the complaint to be valid if, after examining the product, he determines that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Law on Consumer Protection. In that case, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, they will replace the product or return the entire paid amount with termination of the contract. If, on the other hand, he finds that the complaint is not valid, i.e. if it rejects the complaint, it will inform the Customer about the same within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

The Seller will accept the return of a damaged, defective or wrongly delivered product at his own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the Buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the product. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacement with a new product is borne entirely by the Seller.

In the case of a product complaint, it is necessary to take a picture of the entire damaged product, clearly visible details of the damage (from several angles) and the serial number (if any), along with the delivery of a fiscal invoice or other proof of purchase for inspection.

Warranty

The warranty is valid only on the condition that the device / product is used, stored and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions, that is, according to the usual regulations.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by falling, hitting, overloading, and any repairs during the warranty period or as a result of poor product maintenance.

The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear of consumables such as: batteries, chargers (if they are replaceable).

The invoice is required as proof of purchase for all complaint procedures and/or invoking warranty rights. Any device that will be repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty period will be extended for the period that the device was under repair.

The request will not be approved for any of the above-mentioned reasons. If the repair/replacement of the device or product is not possible, the Seller reserves the right to offer a replacement device/product of the same or greater value (the color does not have to be the same), or in case of impossibility of replacement, to return part of the money proportional to the remaining estimated life of the article.

The device must be maintained and repaired always and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, otherwise the product may be damaged, which could cause serious damage or injury.

DURATION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The purchase contract that the Buyer concludes with the Seller is a one-time distance sales contract that is considered fulfilled by the delivery of the goods and payment by the Buyer, unless it is canceled or otherwise agreed.

This Notice of Terms of Sale constitutes an integral part of the purchase.
