How can I tell if the product is charging properly if no light is being displayed to show it is charging?
- There should be a charging indicator light while it is charging.
Will my skin get red?
- Redness may occur during the treatment. However, this should pass after 2-3 hours.
The product suddenly stopped vibrating and is not working. What should I do?
