How to use

Prepare Your Skin: Ensure your skin is clean and dry. Use a razor to remove any visible hair in the area you plan to treat with the light hair removal device.
Select Mode: Test the flash on a small area of skin and choose the appropriate mode based on your comfort level.
Start the Treatment: Place the device firmly against your skin to activate the contact sensor. Then, press the treatment button to begin.

Does this work on light hair (blond hair)?
- No. The device is not effective on light-colored hair (e.g., blond, gray, or white) due to reduced pigment absorption. We do not recommend use on light hair to avoid suboptimal results.
How often should I use the hair removal device, and when will I see results?
- For best results, use the device 3-4 times in the first week, 2-3 times in the second week, 1-2 times in the third week, and then target any regrowth areas in the fourth week, with NAMI's
  high-energy technology delivering visible results in just three weeks for long-lasting smoothness.
Why should the lamp head be pressed tightly against the skin during use?
- The effectiveness of hair removal is related to the energy level. Pressing the lamp head tightly against the skin makes the hair follicles lie flat, bringing them closer to the high-energy light source for better results.
Who/Which areas should not use it?
- The following individuals or areas are not recommended for use: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. 2. Areas with skin conditions like folliculitis, blocked follicles, or photosensitivity. 3. Areas with uneven skin tone such as scars, tattoos, acne marks, birthmarks, moles, spots, or stretch marks. 4. The hairline area, as it is part of the hair, is not recommended. For other special conditions or body parts, refer to the manual or contact online customer service.
Is it necessary to shave before hair removal?
- Yes, shaving is necessary! Shaving ensures that the pulsed light effectively targets the hair follicles. Wait 12 hours after shaving to check for any redness or itching before using the hair removal device. If the skin is dry or itchy after shaving, apply a moisturizer and wait until it is fully absorbed before using the device.
Is the treatment painful?
- Unlike laser hair removal, IPL or intense pulsed light hair removal is generally considered to be much safer and less painful. This is because IPL uses a multi-spectrum bulb vs a single- wavelength laser. You may feel a slight tingle in sensitive areas during treatment, but it should not be painful.
